Prevalence of Fungal Disease Agents in Garlic Growing Areas of Gaziantep Province

Surveys were carried out in garlic cultivation areas of Gaziantep province April 2018 and 2019 to determine the prevalence fungal diseases garlic. After isolation process was conducted according routine mycological methods, fungi identified their cultural morphological characteristics. Fungi belonging genera Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Macrophomina Puccinia determined production areas. The most prevalent genus among all as Fusarium isolated from rust disease caused by porri has not been detected Islahiye district its other varies between 5,1-18 %.
